Enjoy your pregnancy and all its stages, with the tools of pre-natal yoga. Breath fully, move with ease and take a moment out of your busy schedule to honour this special time in your life. Learn to safely modify traditional yoga poses either in a group class setting or in the privacy of home. Beginners are always welcome. Wear comfy clothes.
